Payment by Bank Transfer is only possible for Group Registrations. A USD 25 / THB 900 Bank & Admin fee applies for every Bank Transfer transaction.
For all local delegates/attendees (residing in Thailand), online registration fees will be charged in Thai Baht (THB) and a 7% VAT will be applicable to the final purchase.
For all international delegates/attendees (residing outside Thailand), online registration fees will be charged in USD.

2. I have registered and made payment online. How do I collect my attendee badge?
Please print out your registration confirmation email, and proceed to the Pre-registered counters located at Level 2, Foyer of BHIRAJ Hall 2 to collect your conference badges.
3. I have registered online, can I make payment at the venue when I arrive?
All payment for registrations online have to be completed before 15 October 2017 to enjoy the Early-Bird rates. Regular rates will prevail during the period 16 October - 24 November 2017, and any payment made onsite, will adhere to the relevant onsite rates regardless of when you have registered/created your account.

4. I did not make it in time to pre-register online for SIGGRAPH Asia 2017. Is it possible to register onsite?
Yes, it is possible.

5. Do I need a visa to attend SIGGRAPH ASIA 2017 Bangkok?
In general, travellers who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand are required to obtain a visa from a Royal Thai Embassy or a Royal Thai Consulate-General. However, there are visa exemptions for some countries. Read Information on Visa Requirements for more information.
6. I need an invitation letter to apply for a visa. How can I go about requesting for one?
You must first register for SIGGRAPH Asia 2017 before you can request or receive a letter of invitation.

7. How do I get from the airport to the venue?
The venue - Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) is located only 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok. It is easily accessible by Car, Mini van and Bus via 3 entrances: Entrance 1 and 2 can be accessed from Bangna-Trad Road and Entrance 3 from Sukhumvit Road, just off the expressway.
The convenient alternative to reach BITEC is via taxi or the BTS Skytrain. If you are travelling with the BTS Skytrain, you should alight at "Bang Na Station" - Exit 1. From there, you will need to take a short walk to the skywalk leading directly to the Welcome Hall.

8. Where are the exhibition and conference located?
The exhibition is located on level 2, BHIRAJ Hall 2.
The conference sessions are held in Meeting Rooms 1 to 12, located on BITEC level 2.

10. I have heard that SIGGRAPH Asia provides multilingual audio guides about the works shown in the Art Gallery, Emerging Technologies, and VR Showcase. Where can I download them?
The podcasts are available in several languages (English, Bahasa, Korean, Mandarin, Japanese). They can be found under Audio Guides at the SIGGRAPH Conferences.
11. Is there translation support available for international attendees or contributors at SIGGRAPH Asia 2017?
Throughout SIGGRAPH Asia (27 - 30 November 2017), International Student Volunteers from various countries are available to help with basic translation questions, along with answering questions and problems that may arise for attendees. However, these individuals are not available to act as personal interpreters for any of the conference programs.
12. How can I find out if other people from my country or region are attending SIGGRAPH Asia 2017?
Prior to the conference, your local ACM SIGGRAPH Chapter may be able to help you. See the Chapters Directory to find out if there is a chapter in your local area.
13. Will I be able to connect to the internet at the venue?
Wireless service will be available throughout Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) during SIGGRAPH ASIA 2017.
The free Wi-Fi service is open to all visitors at BITEC and provides a shared bandwidth of approximately 4 mbps for download and 1 mbps for upload. The actual bandwidth will vary depending on the number of concurrent users and is shared by all delegates, attendees and general public that are at BITEC during your event. Users can connect to the free Wi-Fi service for up to 30 minutes per session and up to 3 sessions per day. BITEC Free Wi-Fi is suitable for basic internet browsing, web-based email and social media applications.

14. Where can I charge my mobile phone and laptop at the venue?
Charging stations will be set up throughout the SIGGRAPH Asia exhibition hall (Level 2, BHIRAJ Hall 2).
The BITEC Business Center, located at the main lobby in front of Event Hall 103, also sells portable chargers for mobile phones, and travel adapters which you may use for charging laptops.
15. Is there a Business Centre at the venue?
The BITEC Business Centre is conveniently located at the main lobby, just off the concourse in front of Event Hall 103. The centre provides all business facilities including telephone, internet, facsimile and photocopy services. Meeting rooms, secretariat services and a "Lost & Found" service are also available on request.
